BOARD CHAIRMAN

Shamsideen is a professional Banker and a Chartered Accountant with over 25 years of experience in Finance, Marketing Research, Marketing, Strategy, Internal Control and Compliance, Risk Management and Retail Banking. He has spent his last 20 working years in Financial Service Industry across different banks and Global Financial Institution.

Shamsideen Started his career in 1996 in a Manufacturing company, Tripple Gee and Co PLC as an Internal Control Officer before he joined Research International Nigeria (with global head-office in the UK) as an Accountant and left in December 1999 as the Head of Finance and Strategy.

He started his banking career with Standard trust Bank in January 2000 where he sharpened his skills in compliance and Product Development and Management. Using insights from transactions pattern data and direct interview of customers, he conceptualized, developed and launched the first branded Local Money Transfer in Nigeria, CashFast, in 2001. The product remains a cash cow for the bank (Now UBA) across Africa. He also launched the first Diaspora Product in 2003 fashioned after India NRI account. The product later became the template for Diaspora product in Nigerian banking industry.

He later joined Bank PHB in 2008 where he rose to the position of Divisional Head, Retail Products and Analytics in 2012 with responsibilities for all products in personal banking and SMEs. He later joined UBA Capital as Vice President, Consumer Finance Business with the responsibility of setting the company’s lending business.

In 2013, Shamsideen joined FCMB as Head of Liability Products and Classic Segment with responsibility for Retail Liability products, Analytics and the role was expanded recently to include Head of Direct Sales Agents channel.

He holds a First Class Bachelor of Science Hons degree in Computer Science from the University of Ibadan, Ibadan as well as a Master of Business Administration from the Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile Ife. His career trajectory cuts through United Bank for Africa (UBA), Bank PHB/Keystone Bank and Providus Bank.

DR BENSON UZOMA

NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

He is a Medical Affairs Associate, Public Speaker and a Teacher. He holds a Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS), General Surgery And Medicine from University of Nigeria and a Master's degree, Business Administration, Human Resource Management & Finance from the Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile Ife.

He has extensive experience in the managed healthcare sector having worked in varying capacities in the HMO sector. He has certifications in Conducting Research Responsibly In Global Health, Global Public Health (Proficiency With Distinction). Also, he was recognized for Improving Medical Services To Humanity In UNTH and also, Novartis English West Africa Innovation Award

IRORO ITURU

NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

She is a trained lawyer and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Nigeria. She earned a Bachelor of Law from the Delta State University and was subsequently called to the Nigerian Bar in 2005.

She has a glowing legal career in the public sector as she serves as Chief State Counsel where she prosecuted criminal cases in the High Court of Justice, Delta State. Filing of Civil Revenue Claims on behalf of Delta State Board of Internal Revenue, Delta State Environmental Protection Agency as well as rendering of legal advice to relevant government agencies of the Delta State Government.

TOCHUKWU OKAFOR

NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

She is the Founder of The Excited Living Company. A wellness company with a mission to inspire and nurture growth with the seven dimensions to wellness. She has given herself to raising the level of awareness around the subject of wellness and bringing more people to an improved overall state of “balance”.

She holds a BSc in Psychology from the University of Surrey, Roehampton, UK and has also completed a nutrition course with Harvard Medical School. As a fitness enthusiast, She has attended several trainings around the world on subject areas which include Life- coaching, Mental Health, Positive Psychology, Nutrition & Fitness.

OMOWUNMI AKINDELE

She is a guidance and counselling graduate with extensive experience in evolving and delivering talent management strategies and administrative initiatives to various organisations. She obtained a Bachelor of Arts Education in Guidance and Counselling from the University of Lagos, Akoka and she is a member of Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (ACIPMN)

She has core competence in Manpower Planning, Recruitment and Staffing, Employee Relations, Performance Management, Customer service, Benefits Administration, Corporate HR Policies, Training, Organizational Leadership and Team Building, Training, Multi Tasking and Change Management. Her career spans Finance and the Fast- Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) sectors.

ALH. MUHAMMAD LIMAN

He is an urban and rural survey professional with strong slant for strategic planning and design; building and construction work; properties and estate management. He holds a Bachelor of Technology (Building) which he obtained from the Federal University of Technology, Minna, Niger State, Nigeria and he is a member of National Institute of Builders.

His career spans across construction, facilities maintenance, project monitoring amongst others. He was Project Engineer, SMV Construction Firm Company Limited and had prior worked as Project Monitoring and Evaluation Staff Analyst, Nigerian Sugar Company, African Development Bank (ADB) Babangida Sugar Expansion Project, Bacita- Estate, Kwara State.

JOY SAMUEL-OGBOGORO

Joy Samuel-Ogbogoro is an Astute Healthcare professional with over (15) years work experience which spans across HMO operations, Sales and executive management functions.

She started her career in Clinical practice before veering into the Health Insurance sector. Joy is a Nigerian Registered Nurse & Midwife, she holds a Bachelors degree in Community Health, a PGD in Social work as well as a Masters degree in Business Administration (Marketing) both from the Ladoke Akintola University of Science and Technology.

She is a member of the National Association of Nigerian Nurses and Midwives (NANNM); A member of Society for quality and an Associate member of the National Institute of Marketing of Nigeria (ANIMN). She is a certificate level member of the Chartered Insurance Institute of Nigeria (CIIN).

She had at different times worked with notable companies within the Nigerian Healthcare industry which includes, Critical rescue International, Isalu Hospitals, Royan Hospital, Expatcare Health, Keystone bank HMO, Hallmark HMO and First Guaranty where she was the Managing Director and a Board member for three years, until her appointment as the Chief Executive of MB&O Healthcare services Limited.
