Joy Samuel-Ogbogoro is an Astute Healthcare professional with over (15) years work experience which spans across HMO operations, Sales and executive management functions.

She started her career in Clinical practice before veering into the Health Insurance sector. Joy is a Nigerian Registered Nurse & Midwife, she holds a Bachelors degree in Community Health, a PGD in Social work as well as a Masters degree in Business Administration (Marketing) both from the Ladoke Akintola University of Science and Technology.

She is a member of the National Association of Nigerian Nurses and Midwives (NANNM); A member of Society for quality and an Associate member of the National Institute of Marketing of Nigeria (ANIMN). She is a certificate level member of the Chartered Insurance Institute of Nigeria (CIIN).

She had at different times worked with notable companies within the Nigerian Healthcare industry which includes, Critical rescue International, Isalu Hospitals, Royan Hospital, Expatcare Health, Keystone bank HMO, Hallmark HMO and First Guaranty where she was the Managing Director and a Board member for three years, until her appointment as the Chief Executive of MB&O Healthcare services Limited.

He is a seasoned professional, healthcare strategist and project manager with over Ten years work experience in customer service, claims management, enrollment and provider admin management.

Prior to joining MB&O Healthcare Services Limited, he was the Head of Operations and a member of the management team at First Guaranty Healthcare Limited where he demonstrated exemplary competence and skills.

He holds a degree in Chemistry from Lagos State University, Sunday is a graduate member of the Nigeria Institute of Management. He has attended various trainings and hods certificates in Business etiquette from the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria, Underwriting & Portfolio Management in Health Insurance & Managed Care from the Institute of Health Insurance & Managed Care of Nigeria.

ALEXANDER ODILO

He oversees the Medical Department at MB&O Healthcare Services Limited, combining his expertise as a seasoned professional, managed care advocate, health educator, and certified leader. A proud alumnus of the prestigious University of Benin, Benin City, he holds a Bachelor of Nursing Science degree and is a registered nurse (RN) with the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria.

In addition to overseeing the Medical Department, he also manages the Digital Health Unit, driving innovation and leveraging technology to enhance healthcare delivery. Before joining MB&O Healthcare Services Limited, he served as the HMO Officer at Promise Medical Centre, where his exceptional performance and dedication saw him rise steadily over six years to become the Head of HMO Services.

He is also certified in Integrated Management of Childhood Illnesses (IMCI), a specialized program focused on the effective management of children aged 0–5 years.

DR ADEOSUN WILLIAMS

Dr. Adeosun Williams is a dedicated medical doctor and Financial analyst with extensive experience across various hospitals in Lagos State.

A graduate of Olabisi Onabanjo University, he currently oversees Member and hospital Services at MB&O Healthcare Services Limited. With a certificate in data analytics , CFA foundation program , he brings expertise in leveraging data tools like Power BI, SQL, and Excel to improve healthcare operations.

Dr. Williams is passionate about workplace inclusion, community well- being, Healthcare financing and advancing healthcare standards.
